Who can use Reopine?

Any patient—whether in India or abroad—seeking expert medical advice. This includes first opinions for new symptoms or second opinions on existing diagnoses, from specialists in fields like cardiology, oncology, neurology, and more.

What is a “first opinion” and “second opinion”?

A first opinion is an initial expert assessment of your symptoms or health concerns by a specialist. A second opinion involves another qualified doctor reviewing your diagnosis or treatment plan to confirm accuracy or suggest alternatives.

How do I request for a consultation through Reopine?

It is simple to book a consultation through Reopine: 1. Sign up on the app or website 2. Select the specialist doctor that matches your requirements 3. Pay the fees online through a secured payment gateway and schedule the consultation

What documents are needed for a consultation?

Documents/reports are not mandatory to upload.
For a comprehensive review, please provide:
 - Medical history
- Current diagnosis (for second opinions)
- Lab tests or imaging (e.g., X-rays, MRI, CT scans)
- Previous prescriptions or treatment plans
For first opinions, describe your symptoms if you don’t have prior records.

How long does it take to get an opinion?

Once you request a consultation, the doctor confirms the date and time for the tele/virtual consultation.
- Regular Consultation: Scheduled within 3 to 7 days
- Express Consultation: Scheduled within 48 hours* of request registration
*All specialists may not offer Express appointments. Availability will be confirmed during booking.

How credible are the doctors available for consultation on Reopine?

The enlisted doctors are government-certified specialists holding postgraduate (MD/MS) or super-specialty (DM) degrees. With a minimum of 15+ years of experience, they are often affiliated with leading hospitals and institutions.

Can I choose a specific doctor?

Yes, you may choose a specific doctor. If unsure, you can select any listed specialist from the required specialty.

Which medical specialties are covered on Reopine?

Reopine covers all major specialties listed on the app or website. If you face difficulty selecting a specialty, contact us at: support@Reopine.com

Is my medical information secure on Reopine?

Yes, all records are securely stored using end-to-end encryption and shared only with the specialist handling your case. Reopine complies with Indian and international data protection laws.

Can I use the consultation advice & get treatment from my local/family doctor?

Yes. It is entirely the patient’s decision on how to proceed with the advice. However, Reopine and the consulted specialist cannot be held liable for outcomes (e.g., financial loss, health deterioration) resulting from treatment carried out locally.

How much does a consultation cost?

Fees vary by specialty doctor and consultation type (regular or express), which starts from INR 2500 (~30 USD) and can go up to INR 30000 (~350 USD). Final cost is displayed before confirming your request.

What payment methods are available?

- Indian patients: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets
- International patients: Credit/debit cards

Is the fee refundable?

Fees are non-refundable once your case is assigned to a specialist. Cancellation before assignment may be eligible for a refund, per our Cancellation & Refund policy.

What happens after I receive my opinion?

Review the specialist’s recommendations and decide your next steps. We can assist with treatment planning, referrals, or further consultations, whether in India or abroad.

Can I consult the doctor directly post my consultation through Reopine?

Yes, after the tele-consultation through Reopine, it is up to patient/relative, if they wish to consult directly to the same or any other doctor. Reopine does not limit or intervene your decision. If you need support to schedule a consult, you may use Reopine services at your discretion.

Does Reopine assist with treatment or travel arrangements?

Yes, we support both domestic and international patients:
- Indian patients: Help with hospital selection/admission and local treatment coordination.
- International patients: Medical visa assistance, travel planning, hospital selection & admission, and treatment packages in India.

Can I use Reopine for urgent medical issues/emergencies?

Reopine is not for medical emergencies. For urgent needs, please contact your local healthcare provider. Express Appointments are available for time-sensitive but non-emergency consultations.

How does Reopine ensure the quality of its doctors?

All doctors’ credentials, degrees are thoroughly verified. All the listed doctors are Government registered practitioners. Every listed specialist has over 15 years of experience in their respective specialty, post completion of education.

Can I request a first opinion for a new symptom?
